RETURNS

We do not offer returns after 30 days. Item will be inspected upon return. Once assured there is no damage to the piece, a refund will be issued. Broken pieces will be assessed on a case by case basis. Refunds take 5-7 business days to process back to the original form of payment.

SHIPPING

All orders over $200 automatically require a signature upon delivery. This is to insure that you receive your piece safely and to prevent mail theft or fraudulent chargebacks. Insurance on the shipment can be purchased at an additional cost (please contact directly to coordinate or add to an order). In the event the post office damages a parcel, a claim can be filed IF insurance is purchased. You will be provided with tracking information as soon as your item ships. Amethyst & Ash includes signature with shipping in payment and is not responsible for lost or stolen items after they are signed for and leave postal system.

CUSTOMS

A $50 Deposit is required to secure a custom order and hold the requested stone. Any customs that are personalized (with names, initials, dates, etc.) will require full payment up front. An exact ring size for any ring custom must be submitted before the piece is created. Once the ring size is confirmed and the piece is created, it is often difficult to resize. Resizing after a piece has been set can put the integrity of the piece at risk, often for smaller size changes, pieces need to be remade. To assure accurate sizing, you can order a cheap ring sizer off Amazon or try Google for a few at home tricks to getting your size. An extra fee will be charged for any resizing on customs and will be determined on a case by case basis due to the degree of resizing.

RESIZING

Resizing a ring is very difficult and in some cases the ring may need to be remade. Generally a ring can be sized up a whole size but we wont be able to size down without putting the piece at risk. REPAIRS

Repairs vary case by case. If the setting of the piece or metal breaks after 30 days the item can be repaired free of charge. GEMSTONES are not repairable and incredibly unique. There is nothing we can do to repair a ring with a broken gemstone. We advise you take care when wearing pieces with any gemstones as accidents can happen.
